Special machinery and devices

PEM develops and manufactures special purpose machinery as well as devices including automation
engineering. From the customers demand up to placing into operation in one hand.
PEM forms an unit of construction, machinery and control engineering.

Mounting and maintenance

PEM assembles in its own mounting centre machines
and any kind of equipment in a job order assembling.
The clearance is up to 10,5 m. There are tow 50 t
cranes. Production space is 3.200 m².
The maintenance crew handles the following main
tasks: Inspections, maintenance, technical expert inspections, repair of machinery, equipment, rigs.
PEM installs or transfers machines and any
equipment, including connecting, placing into
operation and technical approval.
PEM reconstitutes machines to reach specified performance parameters (retrofitting), especially
metal cutting machines and printing machines.

Metal cutting

The metal cutting department is equipped with modern machining centers which also work for job orders.
Work piece dimensions: up to 4500 x 2500 mm and weight up to 25 t. Programming with Tebis, Hyper-mill
or Mastercam. CAD data from: CATIA, TEBIS, DWG, VDA, IGES, DXF.
